Please note that once I shipped your order out, It’s not possible to ask for a refund. When your items arrive and there seems to be an issue with them, please contact me and we'll figure it out together!
PREORDERED items are not refundable, even before I received them from my manufactuer and shipped them out. This is because I use preorders to fund them into being made, I hope you understand.
PREORDERS
Note that once you preorder an item, it still needs to be made. this can take some time, think about 4 - 6 weeks Once I have the product in stock, I will put the rest of the items available on my shop so don't worry if you didn't preorder the product, there is still an opportunity to get it :)
If you place an order of BOTH an instock item AND a preorder, the whole order will be shipped in one go, so you'll have to wait for the order to be shipped until all the items (the preorders) are ready to be shipped!

RETURNS
It's not possible to return an item you've received. Please be sure of your order! It's different when there's an issue with your order, if that's the case please contact me
EXCHANGES
it is possible to exchange your item but it must be within 48h of receiving the item, postage both ways must be paid by you,
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER/ITEMS
thats fine! accidents do happen! i will re send your order out as soon as possible, sometimes i will ask for the order to be sent back but most times if i have enough stock i will say to keep the items that you received!
unless there is a note in your order explaining the situation then all is well if you are not happy with the substituted item feel free to contact me with your concern
